Baogang rail beam mill rolled 108,169 tonnes in February. And the new production rolled 76,690 tonnes, while the old production line rolled 31,479 tonnes, and the processing line produced 14,204 tonnes.
Last month, Baogang rail beam mill new production line rolled rail steels, H-section, 310 zed beam, 152 square steel and 40 I-beam; while the old production line rolled channel steel, round steel and square flat steel. It was learnt that the rail beam mill rolled 4 new kind steels including QU80, QU100, AT 50 and 40 I-beam.
Baosteel rail beam mill produced 0.854 million tons rails in 2011, ranking the No.1 in China, while the rail export amount nearly reached 50,000 tons.
